Jasmine Myra announces sophomore LP, Rising
Leeds saxophonist, composer and band leader Jasmine Myra released an amazing debut on Gondwana Records with Horizons, and is now following up with Rising. The single of the same name is out today, and you can watch the video below, filmed at Howard Assembly Room in Leeds.
“Rising is a reflection of a period of my life. It is a continuation from my first album ‘Horizons’, which was all about my experience during lockdown, and entailed overcoming my struggles with mental health. Following on from that experience, I set out to continue building my self-confidence. ”
