After throwing down the funk 45s at Step Up with Matt Halsall and Kelvin Brown last week when Gizelle Smith and the Mighty Mocambos graced Manc shores, Groovement is making a funk fuelled return to BAND ON THE WALL this Saturday to warm up for some of our favourite players in the funk game, the SOUND STYLISTICS and the don of Latin music in the UK (toss up with Lubi…), el unico, SNOWBOY.
Nice little twist of fate this, as The Sound Stylistics have had 45s out on Mocambo records themselves.
