Manchester Palestine Fundraiser 25 October: Pounders for Palestine

A veritable smörgåsbord of talent will be supporting this fundraiser for Palestine on Saturday 25th October.

The party will be held at 1 Primrose St, Ancoats (fka Bassment) in Manchester, all in aid of an organisation called MAP (Medical Aid for Palestinians). Check their work out here.

MAP is saving lives in Gaza through delivering health and medical care to those worst affected by conflict, occupation and displacement. They have been working in Gaza for over 20 years and have a permanent team on the ground there. They were ready to immediately respond when attacks escalated on the 7thJuly. MAP was the only UK aid agency to respond to the attacks in Gaza for the first five days of the Gaza crisis.

The MAP team in Gaza has delivered more medical supplies to the hospitals than any other organisation – thanks to MAP supporters.
