Now in its fifth year, Scotland’s Eden festival grows larger with a sprawl of stages, bars, comedy clubs, cabaret, burlesque and one of the best festival crowds in the UK.
A homely remedy to larger corporate festivals, it sits nicely in the increasingly popular medium sized, creative, boutique festivals sector alongside the likes of Beatherder, Shambala, Boomtown and Secret Garden Party.

The open-air DEVORGILLA STAGE is to be host to some of the greatest underground bands of the last 20 years from Swing, Celtic, Roots, Tango, Reggae, Klezmer, Samba, Funk, Afrobeat, Folk, Balkan, Gypsy and Ska. The stage itself will be as impressive as the line-up it provides.
Immerse yourself in the enticing, warm and exotic atmosphere of the FURRY CHILLUM STAGE, exhibiting acoustic, brass, swing, soul, funk and a heavy smattering of the bazzar. The tent’s unique soundsystem will be provided by Jumblesale Sounds and hosted on the back of a stunning vintage truck.
THE RABBIES TAVERN will provide an auld Scottish bar to drink the local hooch with live bands playing celtic, roots, rockabilly and anything else that makes you stomp your foot, hoist yer tankerds and get yer melons oot! Rabbies Tavern will also have a traditional Scottish ceilidh each night.
Nestled down in the valley, beyond the marauding elm gates of Eden, past the sonic henge and round from the mighty Devorgilla wooden stage lies the GARDEN OF EARTHLY DELIGHTS, with a myriad of stages and tents interconnected by winding tunnels and with a beautiful garden at its core.
You can delve into the VOLTAN STAGE – a vine clad temple. Immerse yourself in the intoxicating lush fluro thunderdome with drips of psychedelia trickling out of every artwork and installation. Be washed head to toe by some of the finest flavours of psy trance on the this fair island. All powered by the booming Mezcal Tribe soundsystem.
Now we’re off to the SAUNA for a pina colada and camel ride through the gardens mighty chill out VISHNU LOUNGE, with its swinging hammocks and buried bath tubs, soothing even the gnarliest of bottoms.
The GHILLIE DHU DANCE TENT will be home to everything from Drum ‘n’ Bass to Jungle back to funk, soul, swing, then on to Dubstep and Breakbeat and anything in between – there will be something to suit any fan of dance music. This stage will exhibit live percussion instrumental dance music from many cultures and influences until nightfall descends.

If your not, don’t panic gallant Edenite, slip into something more natural and head to the ‘NUDE IS GOOD’ stage with accompanying sauna….. shhhhhh….its a secret..
Delving into the MY GIDDY AUNTS Tent you will find a swirl of cabaret, cinema, open mic, burlesque or workshop treats. These two areas provide an attention grabbing mix of eclectic productions, transcending itself to the audience in an inspiring and original display, with music in the evening.
Children are very welcome and there will be activities and events to keep them happy at the SHELLY COATS KIDS TENT, which will be run by a team of dedicated and experienced staff who will ensure they are kept enthused and entertained.
