The legendary American hip-hop group are routinely acknowledged by Q-Tip as being members of Native Tongues.
Duo members, JuJu and Psycho Les, are celebrating the 30th anniversary of their debut album, The Beatnuts: Street Level.
The group have produced for Stereo MCs, Common, Pete Nice, DJ Richie Rich, Kurious, and Chi-Ali. They’ve also collaborated with the likes of Fat Joe, Suprême NTM and Da Youngsta’s.
Their single ‘Off the Books’ charted on the Billboard Hot 100 and featured a standout performance by Big Pun, and more recently went viral on TikTok for their song ‘Se Acabo (Remix ft. Method Man)’.
