Dweller – Record Of Achievement
You know the drill: stick your swimming certificates in and your work experience letter, plus the deets on your Saturday job, and your Record Of Achievement is sorted.
Dweller’s taken a different approach. Born in the mid-80s in Salford, he discovered golden age hip hop such as Tribe through Rage Against The Machine and Beastie Boys. Drumming and DJing focused his tastes, eventually seeing him become an MC and producer in 2006.
A family guy through and through, Dweller took time over the years to concentrate on his children and wife as well as work a full time job – recently, he’s made the move to being a creative full time.
Record Of Achievement has been two years in the making, an outpouring of Dweller’s heart featuring three guest producers, four guest musicians and two guest MCs. There’s a Qcrates campaign running to get the album pressed on vinyl – check out previews of the music in clips on that site.
