Cadiz, España: Francisco Calderón “Calde” is a producer, visual artist, DJ, musician and founder of Music Komite.

Congo Square, on the Disontinu label, follows the band’s debut 2013 EP, Sweet Bombs (click to download that for nada). The album acts as a tribute Congo Square in New Orleans, where the African community would come together to dance and make music back in the day, playing a strong role in the origin and evolution of jazz.

Calderón is accompanied by Jaime Fernandez (guitars), Esteban Perles (percussion), and Alex Ahumada (stand up bass), who are accompanied by a visual feast when playing live.
