Bloomsbury Lanes are proud to present a night filled with the best in house, soul, disco, UKG and rare grooves. Joey Negro will be headlining the night with a cohesion of soul moving jams. As an established producer, DJ and world class contributor to the boogie, funk, disco and house scenes, Joey will be lifting your spirits in his trademark style.

Supporting on the night we have Grant Nelson, known as the godfather of UK Garage due to his numerous club classics on his Nice N Ripe label in the early 90’s. It was his sound along with a few others that gave birth to UK Garage. The incredible Craig Solo will also take to the stage armed with a back pack of treasures.

Bloomsbury Lanes has slowly evolved into a hub for the select few. Tucked away amongst the many garden squares within one of London’s many hotspots it’s quite possible you have walked passed it. If you’ve been unfortunate enough not to have visited the inside then you’ve simply missed out; it consists of bowling, ping pong, pool, a diner, a cinema and if that wasn’t enough there is a stage and dancefloor ready for all those dazzling moves.

Music without a doubt is essential to the running of Bloomsbury. The stage has served as a solid stepping stone on the paths of Hot Chip, VV Brown, Cage the Elephant and Scouting for Girls, attracted a host of icons such as Fun Lovin Criminal, Anvil, Anthrax and Maxi Jazz. It was decided we needed a new event to entertain the masses and this lead to the the launch of Bloomsbury’s Back to Back Weekends. It’s weekend after weekend of good music from September to December; events will range from themed nights to the best DJ’s and live entertainment.
