Video: JEFF SPEC // I’ve Been Trying

I was a big fan of Jeff Spec’s Sneakerboxxx LP, so it’s good news that his new one, Specnology, is just about ready to drop. Here’s the first single.

Jeff: “I’ve Been Trying” is the first single from my upcoming record “Specnology”, which I’ll be releasing mid-late September. The track, produced by Impossible Nothing, is just a reflection on the everyday details of life and some of the things I’ve been going through since the Sneakerboxxx record. I think this song is one that most people will be able to relate to, and that I kept it vulnerable without holding too much back. The video is one shot and one take, shot by Jenkin Au from Justalilhype.com, and is meant to reflect the overall vulnerability of the song.
