Nory drops SNIP SNIP video
“I’m moving to the left, because I’m never right / I can’t stay in the middle, I’m too afraid to die”

Nory’s half Muslim, half Jewish heritage saw him go viral in recent weeks in a beautiful conversation around identity. He carries forward that theme into music with the release of visuals from SNIP SNIP, from the album FUCK THAT THIS THE RHYTHM.
This is what music should sound like right now.

A musician, producer, rapper, dancer, and actor, Nory is a true artist who shatters contemporary genres and boundaries. His approach and flow is often likened to the musicality of a jazz musician, at times recalling Q-Tip’s finesse and the fire of Zack de la Rocha. The 13 tracks on FUCK THAT THIS THE RHYTHM address the anger and pain people are feeling today as a result of political corruption and negligence. As well as an exploration of Nory’s own search for identity, either through religion or within his own artistry.
A natural connector and collaborator, Nory is fully immersed in music and the community which fosters it. His unending thirst for musical exploration has created a deep and diverse discography ranging from EDM, rap, explosive rock-hip hop, and experimental jazz. All of this finds their way into FUCK THAT THIS THE RHYTHM, and guides his creative output.
Nory hosts a music event in Brooklyn called JAVAJAM, which attracts over a hundred fans every week from around the world and of all different backgrounds. He has collaborated with many artists in a wide range of genres, including Marc Rebillet, DARGZ, Bernell Jones II, KennerKeyz, Ray Angry, Shevya, Harry Mack, J3PO, Zohar and Adam, amongst many others.
Nory has been building towards this moment. And the moment is now.
