Rebecca Vasmant has announced the album Who We Are, Becoming for a 9th May 2025 release – it’s out on a new label partnership between New Soil and Women In Jazz.

The record is one of self-reflection, and this single is a song of gratitude, a tribute to family that came before her:
My grandparents were Holocaust survivors, and they were hidden by a family in France. If they weren’t hidden, none of my family bloodline would exist because everybody on the other side were all killed. I exist because of that.”
