On Wax / Ambassa ft Nichola Richards: Ride The Samples
Sweet, sweet reggae music from Ambassa featuring Nichola Richards, who I met singing with the Mighty Mocambos. This project pays tribute to original material which became the building blocks for hip hop classics, and acts at Wakeditown Records’ first LP. Ambassa is Itallian born bass player and producer Matia Gobbo, who’s combined Nichola’s lush vocals with early-80s style dub production.
