Daymé Arocena delivers her second full length album for Brownswood Recordings, ploughing Cuban roots into the future. It sees her nourished by Gilles Peterson’s Havana Cultura project (her intro to the world at large was on the 2014 HC Mix album), she furnished the Rumba Sessions with vocals and released her debut Neuva Era in 2015 – you most likely heard her covers EP, One Takes, last year too.
