Mecca:83 announces Life Sketches Vol 3, download The Cusp ft Octavio Santos
I’ve been trying to squeeze this news out of him for a while (eagle-eared listeners to the Groovement podcast will have heard a new track on the latest episode Sunshine) but Mecca has finally announced the third volume in his phenomenal Life Sketches series.
The first single from the project sees him teaming up with Slum Village and G-Unit veteran Octavio Santos on horns, plus Matt Davies on drums and Jesus Bachiller Bachi on bass. I’m still waiting for an invitation to come and play triangle on something soon, Mecca.
