Gondwana Records head honcho Matthew Halsall has had quite the 2012, with his MOBO nomination and subsequent winning of Best Jazz Album at Gilles Peterson’s Worldwide Awards.

This past Friday Matt hit the stage in Séte, France, for the Worldwide Festival, and at the end of June worked with a 28 piece brass band in Holmfirth to reinterpret his own tracks. He’s got an amazing release about to drop from another Gondwana Records artist to top the year off too.
